    Central country hotel with warm fires and welcome.

    Lovely rooms, tastefully decorated Nice lighting and lamps - room drinks good including Nespresso coffee. Roberts radio by bedside a nice touch Great to have the option of a bath and quality toiletries Breakfast relaxed, good food choices and the local pear was a treat 👌

    More clear costing for additional £15 for dogs when booking/looking at prices when selecting dog in filter be helpful.

    Overall a very comfortable and characterful hotel in the heart of the town centre.

    Clean, old world charm and very pleasant throughout. The room was characterful and well appointed. Conveniently located next to a reasonable public car park which helps.

    A small lift would be nice but we appreciate the difficulties in installing one in such an old ( probably listed) building. The food at dinner wasn’t as nice as it could have been - one good meal one not so good. I suspect it was a one off?

    Really enjoyable - Ledbury and Malvern Hills a nice place to visit

    Lovely preserved historic hotel, homely but facilities are all up to date and comfortable.

    Lack of prior communication re car parking.
