Good value, great location, lovely staff but it is a pub below...
Staff were great. Food was OK. Parking was straight out front. bathroom looked recently refurbed and was clean and great showers. Lovely view of the water and Tamar bridge. Good value.
The room was right above the smoking area, so it was noisy until the bar closed. Also, the smoking area was right near the accommodation entrance, so it smelled of smoke all through the stairs and corridor....but to be fair the smoke wasn't in the room.

Did exactly what it says on the tin. Pub with rooms. Fabulous view from the room across the Tamar. Both dinner and breakfast were generous and tasty. Don't be put of by it's on street location

Rely enjoyed our 8 days stay. Hopefully will be back.
It’s quiet location on the river side, all staff very friendly and helpful. Our room (No4) was very spacious with a magnificent view especially if interested in bridges. All meals found to be excellent quality and plenty of it.
One slight problem especially if like ourselves not very agile was getting access to the electric power points in the room.
