    Naim the property manager was very friendly. He always made sure we were well looked after. Room has the essentials, good value for money in London.

    Mixed experience

    Naim the manager was exceptionally helpful in arranging an early check in. The bed was large and comfortable and the room was clean. Nice to have a tea making facility.

    For the price paid we would have expected a few basic 'nice' touches like a bedside lamp or at least a switch so you can turn the main light off from the bed. The kettle was so small it didn't take enough water for 2 drinks. A proper cup rather than paper would be good. These all seem trivial but when taken with the overall shabby appearance of the house and stairway it could easily have been a much better experience.

    Very good value for money would stay again

    Complimentary amenities in the fridge, massive bed and very comfortable

    We booked late same day and didn’t recieve a code to get in so we had to call booking.com who then called the owner to let us in

    We found our stay at Finsbury Guesthouse great!

    - Naim was great and a helpful host. He provided helpful guidance on how to access the guesthouse and the room as well as being a helpful host. - The room was clean and the guesthouse had many amenities. - The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

    - You could hear other guests which is unavoidable but was a little loud at times

    Local to tube station, friendly and accommodating owner, let us check in early . Bed comfy , room clean. Complimentary chocolates, crisps and wine!!!
