Fully contained unit with everything that you need.
Nice and clean and handy location for visiting the in-law who lives across the road. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

It was a convenient location to stay for a short stay near Boston, road traffic noise from A52 not a problem, decor tast
Glorious sunrise into kitchen window. Big windows that overlooked the garden, large bedroom and reasonable single bedroom. Clean linen and enough crockery. Self catering. House plants well kept. Good knives for food preparation.
The signage identifying the property is not visible from the road, despite photographs it’s still difficult to see. I recommend clearly visible signage outside property hedging. Not being able to turn oven on or use the oven to bake food, no small strainer in equipment. The shower needs upgrading, to deal with defective shower fixtures and mould in shower surround seals.

Nice place, Nice host, would stay again!
It’s spacious, homely and in a good location once the heating is on it’s cosy.
