Niestety, jakość śniadań wyraźnie odbiegała od standardów, jakich należy oczekiwać od hotelu pięciogwiazdkowego. Pomimo dostępności dań à la carte personel nie udostępniał gościom karty menu ani nie informował o możliwości zamówienia tych potraw. W konsekwencji goście nie mieli możliwości zapoznania się z pełną ofertą śniadaniową ani świadomego wyboru spośród dostępnych dań. Ponadto podczas śniadań brakowało podstawowych produktów, takich jak masło, sól i pieprz, o które goście musieli każdorazowo prosić. Szczególnie rażąca była sytuacja, w której podczas śniadania otrzymaliśmy słoiczki z miodem i dżemem, wcześniej używane przez innych gości. Taka praktyka budzi poważne zastrzeżenia w zakresie standardów higieny i obsługi. Zastrzeżenia budził również stan pościeli. W naszym pokoju znajdowało się wyraźnie przetarte i zużyte prześcieradło, co nie odpowiada standardowi oczekiwanemu w obiekcie tej kategorii. Opisane uchybienia są niedopuszczalne w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym. Brak właściwej organizacji serwisu śniadaniowego, niewystarczająca dbałość o higienę oraz niedostateczna kontrola stanu wyposażenia znacząco obniżyły komfort naszego pobytu.
