Clean, comfortable great location.
Perfect location close by to Santa pod raceway. Immaculate room, tea and coffee facilities. Overall excellent. The owner was extremely helpful too.

Sharnbrook Village (<5minute drive) is lovely. Contractors or extended-family might find this shared central dining-kitchen area useful - I didN't. Large excellent-size bedRoom#1 with old high ceiling. Upon my Late arrival, young George (standing in for absent Bobby), showed me the property. Following day, Bobby re-accommodated me to Sharnbrook Inn "studio flat" on same-property as Fordham Inn (aka Fordham Arms).
NO hot water in shower - Have since noted other Guests stated same issue! Shared dining-kitchen on other side of stairwell landing (bedRoom#1 is off stairwell landing), with hard floors throughout made accommodation noisey whilst males used central amenities. Kitchen had dirty cups in cupboard, and dirty cutlery in drawer. Room#1 has own-sink, but NO separate utensils; Kettle in cupboard, but No plug on end of cord. Homemade fold-down table, with broken wall latch; Worn-rocker chair; Worn bedside base. No security bar-latch/chain on bedRoom doors. Absolutely NOT "4-star Hotel" accommodation as stated by Booking service. Sharnbrook Inn studio flat is much newer: Shower unit [Mira Sport 9Kw] thermostat fluctuated from scalding hot to ice-cold water, irrespective of microinch/millimeter adjustments. Bathroom blinds [Caecus] did Not come to bottom of window, that backed onto parking lot - Window glass required base-covering for evening shower privacy. Towels provided are frayed. Shower glass showed dirty squeegee marks; Bathroom windowsill dirty.

nobody to meet me bar was open i enterdust my self bar told me it had nothing to do with him had a drink asked if he can help he asked if l had a phone no went van a man came out and told me if l paid for room i could stay i asked if i can see room he phoned and was told to tell me there was no room i got atex from bobby it was not where i wanted to stay he did not want no more to do with it
