Everything was okay definitely but the WiFi/signal and the uncomfortable bed was a huge let down

It was close to wedding venue that we attended

There was no signal/reception we asked for WiFi password as guest one didn’t work and it still didn’t work and when we went back to reception/bar everything was shut for the night so no way to contact anyone even in an a emergency!! Also the bed was not comfortable
