    The breakfast was amazing the location great and dan the owner absolutely great so helpful and friendly

    Great Place to stay in Harrogate

    Conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Well kept B & B, our room on top floor had everything we needed. Small, definitely shimmying around the bed and squeezing into the shower, however, we weren't there to be in the room. Big English breakfast served in the dining room was great and well cooked. Friendly owner and her son did a great job looking after us.

    While the B & B was good, I had been looking forward to visiting Harrogate for the first time. I was surprised that I was a wee bit let down by the town, it wasn't the rain and wind, it just wasn't as "happening" as I had expected. Nice gardens, some nice architecture and we did try some restaurants that were just ok. Won't be rushing back, certainly not a poor reflection on the Franklin, it was perfect for our visit. '
