    Beautiful apartment with problems

    I was somewhat allowed to check-in a bit early. The apartment looks very good.

    Lack of communication from the host. There was no water, hence I was taking cold showers. There was no electricity because I think it ran out so they had to communicate it back to the host who took about 2 hours to rectify the issue. Just an inconvenient and unpleasant stay overall..

    Diamond in the rough

    These are very nice and spacious apartments in the heart of Joburg CBD, and they overlook the majority of the city. You have major malls within a 30km radius. Host is also available at all times, Security is very knowledgeable about the area.

    The apartments are deteriorating. The doors are falling apart at the frame, the bathroom has a hole in the ceiling, DSTV doesn't work, and to top it all off, the main elevators don't work so you can only utilise the goods lift.
