    Disappointing stay—not worth the price

    location

    I booked a room with a lake view, but in reality, it was mostly a city view; I could barely see a glimpse of the lake surface. The balcony was shared with the neighboring room, so there was no privacy at all. Also, the door to the balcony was either broken or extremely difficult to open. Despite being a relatively new hotel, the power outlets were few and outdated. There were no amenities provided other than an all-in-one shampoo. Aside from Freddy's photos displayed in the hotel and the logo on the tableware, I couldn't feel any real connection to him. Overall, the price is far too high for the level of hospitality provided.

    The staff were fabulous and when we had a problem fixed it

    Excellent location at the end of platform 1. Staff were really friendly and attentive.
