  If they fix the safety issues and make a few improvements, it could be a decent place to stay.

  Keyless entry - didn't have to meet up with the host in order to get in. Communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly. They provided extra towels quickly.

  Before we even entered, there were major problems. We had to walk through thistles to get to the gate. The fence could not be opened all the way which made it difficult to get through with luggage. Then we had to walk through gravel to get to the door which is difficult with suitcases. There is no step to get inside the side door which made it nearly impossible for my elderly mother to get into the suite. This is a Major safety issue! Lights were burnt out in the suite and dirty towels were left behind when we arrived. A number of furniture pieces need to be added to make the space more usable. In the smaller bedroom needs to be a small side table with a tiny lamp to put a phone, or glasses on before sleeping. A suitcase stand would also be helpful. The showerhead is not fully attached to the wall. The bathroom door and wall were very dirty. Shelving above the toilet would be helpful for storage. The living room needs a small coffee table so when people are on the couch, they have somewhere to put a drink down. Some of the cupboard doors in the kitchen need to be tightened. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards. The handle for the microwave in broken, not attached on the bottom. There are clocks in the suite that do not have batteries. It would be helpful to have a low dresser in the larger bedroom so a suitcase can be put on top or a suitcase stand. A full sized mirror across from the entry door inside the suite would be a nice addition as well as some coat hooks just inside the suite door. The kids upstairs make a lot of noise. With improvements inside and outside the suite, this could be a decent place to stay. Most important, they MUST get a step for everyone to safely enter the suite. It needs to be a big step, not a useless tiny step that someone carrying a suite case could easily fall off of.

  The suite was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and had all we needed. We didnt rent a car so we relied on Uber which was very convenient. The community is very new and there are restaurants and a supermarket abt 20 mins walk away.
