    Spacious well appointed and well located one bedder in Broughty Ferry close to amenities

    The property was very spacious, well appointed and well located.

    The interior building over the stairwell shone directly through the window above the front door directly into the bedroom. Closing the bedroom door was not an option due to airflow

    We slept well and our dogs were happy.

    Clean and tidy. Laminate flooring throughout which is good if you have dogs (we did). A short walk from sea front and coastal walkway.

    The Comfy duck😉

    It is a clean spacious apartment. The owner prepared various snacks and breakfast items for us to use should we want to. She also made preparations for our dogs so that was really nice 🙂. There was a list of pubs and places to get food and suplies provided which came in handy. The apartment is also stocked with cooking utensils should you want to prepare your own meals.

    Parking in the area can be a bit difficult as there are many vehicles that need parking.
