    I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel as the starting point of my trip to Taiwan. The lobby area is fantastic. You enter the hotel after a long night flight and you feel calm. I enjoyed the private hot spring bath in the room, the onsen downstairs and the swimming pool for an early dive before the starting of the day. I highly recommend the Alice afternoon tea and the spa services. The location is perfect to visit the Beitou highlights.

    Beautiful hotel with a luxury feel

    Luxury and outstanding service. We had an issue with staff service but the management dealt with it promptly and professionally.

    Lots of facilities closed during our stay.
