Comfortable and quiet night's stay
The flat was spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was provided - we had been travelling a bit before and it was especially nice to be able to do laundry. Communication was great and it was easy to check in and out. We had no problem finding free street parking nearby.

no breakfast but nice kitchen with tea and coffee
HIGHLY RECOMMENED- SLIGHT INITIAL PROBLEM- I couldn't manage the key box for the key, I couldn't get it open. But when I phoned ,the owner came in less than 10 minutes and showed me how to use it. So the only small improvement I would suggest is a clearer instruction, on the e-mail that I got when I was arriving.. The e-mail said to ‘pull down the little black lever on the left’- But it could have added to ‘also pull down simultaneously the large black plate at the bottom of the key box’. That was the step I omitted. So it would save a journey for the owner, And make life easier for someone like me who's not used to keyboxes- just to include that extra little instruction. Apart from that, I was very pleased with my stay. I live 26 miles away but I thought it was better for me to stay a night in Armagh- I had a very stressful Court day ahead of me on Thursday. I stayed on Wednesday night. And the Gem is about 5 minutes walk from the courthouse. So I had a very relaxing Evening Before my court date. Everything about the place was cosy and relaxing. The hot shower, the TV, the lovely kitchen. I would highly recommend it and would go again.

I like the setting and the proximity to home bargains and Lidl.
No proper information on how to use the heater,so everywhere was just cold. Also,I think the room upstairs should have his own toilet.

Very comfortable and clean. All the facilities you need and a great little spot to stay. Very happy and impressed with this apartment. Would hope to stay again.
Traffic in the morning, but very little you can do about this
