Feels luxurious in every detail and amazing location.
I’m a loyal Urbanika Living customer and always book through them. The location of this property is unbeatable central, convenient, and close to everything, yet still peaceful and comfortable. The only advantage of the apartment was its location, as it was situated in the city center. However, we already knew this in advance, which is exactly why we booked it. The apartment was also quite spacious — seventy square meters with two rooms — so it was comfortable enough for us to stay in.
Серед того, що нам не сподобалося, найперше хочеться відзначити нечесне ставлення власників квартири. Нас заздалегідь не попередили про відсутність гарячої води. Напередодні в усьому будинку відключили газ, але, коли через пів години після нашого приїзду ми повідомили власникам, що гарячої води немає, вони зробили вигляд, ніби самі про це не знали. Протягом трьох днів нам говорили, що потрібно просто почекати. Але коли наше терпіння закінчилося, ми самостійно запитали сусідів і дізналися, що гарячої води не буде цілий місяць. Лише після цього ми почали наполягати на тому, щоб нас переселили в інше помешкання, адже перебувати без гарячої води в таку спеку було просто неможливо.

Top located brand new big apartment in the central of everything
Very nice apartment, all brand new and located very central. Communication was perfect and staffs are very friendly, inside the apartment is very clean, definitely will come back again :)
