    Stayed overnight, the staff were exceptional, the accommodation was clean, tidy and well presented. The fresh cookies in

    Ver clean, tidy, and well laid out.

    Cant think of a single thing that I didn’t like!

    Could be great with a bit more attention to details / care

    Staff all very pleasant and welcoming. Historic building right in the centre of Shipston, so very handy for local shops/cafes. Food was excellent. Bar area is spacious and welcoming.

    Marketplace can get a bit crowded/noisy if you have a room at the front as its directly opposite Coop which is super-busy all of the time. 1st floor rooms / corridor overlooks the skylight and airconditioning units at the back, and there is a terrible pigeon problem with feathers and poo everywhere - just frost the windows guys then we don't have to look at that when we walk back to our room. Needed to remind the staff to service the room as it wasn't done on our first night. Linen bags left lying about in the corridor also made the place look untidy.

    Great property highly recommend

    The property was well maintain clean tidy The breakfast was great and finally was in a par with the other property I had two room one of the rooms had a known issues with the smoke detectors and the steam from the shower which they mad very clear and advised use to make sure we shut the bathroom door We had no issues with our stay The picture provided are a good representation

    The mattress was very soft but it was comfortable just not my choice and mattress
