  I’m glad it’s over because I’m never coming back.

  The cool weather and very peaceful and remote.

  1. Upon arrival, me and my fiancée were stuck at the gate due to needing a Letter of Authorization which was not on the app. 2. Waited a hour at the gate, guards refusing to help or give a number to call to sort things out. Also, the confirmation on the website meant nothing to them. 3. The phone number and email that was provided by the website and app. Did not work and was disconnected. 4. Facilities staff sees our struggle in looking for where our room is located, refused to help because we booked a regular room not a “club house” room. 5. Over priced. Manila is cheaper and comes with better quality of service, accommodations, and view. 6. Speaking of view, I paid for an ocean view for our stay but the view I was given was an empty dirt lot. 7. The pool was extremely small and murky. Had no idea where to pay to use the pool since there’s no front desk. 8. No extra towels for the restroom ( Comfort Room) 9. Furniture too big for such a small room. Very hard to maneuver around. 10. Electrical power and WiFi connections always had to be resettled. Most of the outlets would not work consistently, cooking appliances can’t work with no power. 11. The sliding door to the room would not secure correctly. If you close the door on one side, the other side would open. Felt unsecured for our safety and personal belongings. 12. Garbage disposal. Can only throw trash away at 9am and 1 pm. However no location to indicate where to place it. 13. Guards pretending not to know anything. When using grab to order food, the drop off was at the guard house. Ask the guard if they received anything from a restaurant for room #, they would say no. After waiting for 10 mins, I would point out what is that on their counter. It was the restaurant food, for room # and guest name… yes, it was mine. 14. No place to wash your clothes. No laundry mat or personal washing machine. 15. While the view looks nice on pictures, it’s very deceiving.
