Nous avions pris une suite dans le nouveau bâtiment, la vue etait parfaite, la literie super. Seul petit bémol sur la salle de bain un peu trop petite et ouverte sur le couloir (hors WC et douche). Le personnel est tres tres gentil et a l'écoute. Ils parlent tres bien anglais et sont disponibles pour toutes les informations d'activité directement sur wechat. Le petit dejeuner est correct. Le chat de l'hotel (Jimmy) est tres mignon 🥰

Puh gar nicht so viel. Das Personal war sehr nett das Essen welches man im Restaurant außerhalb vom Frühstück bestellen kann war sehr lecker.
Wir hatten eine große Suite, Suite möchte ich es aber gar nicht nennen. Zwei große Zimmer mit einer okay Ausstattung. Wände und Boden waren nie richtig sauber. Auch nicht als wir gebeten haben es nochmal ordentlich sauber zu machen. Teilweise fällt der Putz von den Wänden, die Vorhänge dreckig, die Fenster richtig schmutzig von außen. Bei Frühstück kann man aus 6 Optionen wählen, chinesisch ist eine leckere Nudelsuppe. Wenn man länger vor Ort ist fehlt die Abwechslung, wenn viel los ist, ist der Kaffee ständig leer. Würde es nicht nochmal buchen

Fabulous staff, location, and setting -- absolutely wonderful!
Absolutely fabulous staff -- friendly, kind, helpful. Free bicycles to take for the day and cycle along the riverfront. Perfect and quiet location with access to the river, rice paddies, and the bamboo rafting. Beautiful setting with a cobblestrone courtyard where kids can play and adults can relax.
