    A lovely place to stay for a visit to Kendal and the Lakes.

    Delicious breakfast. Very friendly owners. Cozy and comfortable room. So close to the Oxenholme train station.

    Dark road at night to get home so need a flashlight but worth it for the gorgeous night sky.

    Warm, cosy, delicious 😋 breakfasts and everything you could need as a perfectly placed base for exploring the lakes by car or public transport. I can't have dairy and our lovely hosts even stocked up on alternatives in advance to ensure everything was perfect

    Maybe slightly longer breakfast hours, but thats a v minor thing. This is a lovely place run by lovely people
