Nice but no heating and shower was very hot or very cold
The staff on front desk she was helpful very chatty and friendly
The room was nice, except we where freezing the heating didn't work in the room we where in even tho it was one of their Deluxe rooms, it was also 0oc outside so we where so cold, also the shower was tricky as it would be either very hot or very cold so overall we where freezing

Great location nice staff and it was clean. I would soend more for better food mor amenities.
The location and the staff. Breakfast was ok not special. Coffee was poor. Staff was very nice.
Noisy construction all around my room. The room had blinds but you felt as if you were i the middle of a parking lot.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ogni particolare molto curato, mi sono sentita a casa!
L’ambiente molto cozy, le camere piccole ma molto curate e la vista sul fiume.
Fare le scale per arrivare alla camera ma la struttura ha fascino proprio perché autenticamente English style
