  Excellent little pub with rooms in the centre of Warwick

  We had a lovely room which was very clean and spacious. It was in the centre of Warwick so perfect location for visitors. It is a pub with rooms and feels that. Our room 10 was lovley and spacious. Nice to find air conditioning too which is rare in rooms of this nature.

  Great service shows when things go wrong and the start of our stay was frankly terrible, due to a single member of staff having a complete breakdown. That could and would have ruined the stay BUT the entire team stepped up, acknowledged the issue fully and resolved everything 100% They made a stay that was going to be terrible perfect and that is great service. The issue was a single person and they addressed it and made our stay exceptional. We would be happy to stay there again as they showed us in their actions how important their brand and service is.

  Refurbishment especially the bedroom The food Ambiance Manager Ben and barman Stefan were outstanding even under pressure during busy periods Location

  The parking situation nearby, but unfortunately we were there during the MOP which created problems as funfair rides blocked off roads

  Nice comfortable rooms. Good sized breakfast.

  Breakfast was good beds were comfy. Room I stayed in was lovely but not the room I booked.

  No clear way to check in to room, just approached the bar. No lift so had to walk downstairs into the main pub in a wedding dress. Staff on arrival made me feel uncomfortable as they hadn’t received the payment from booking.com (pre paid for the room through app) had to sort out confirmation email and proof of payment whilst juggling wedding bags and dress. Father in law made a joke of champagne being put in room, girl checking us in advised if they had known it was my bridal suite they would have done something in the room. Property were aware of it just didn’t choose to act on it as my request for a late checkout was approved, in which I specified it was due to the fact I was getting married at 12 midday and congratulations was offered in the messages and no charge for late checkout. Disappointed when checking in as not in suite room which I believed I had booked. Was offered to move to that room in the morning to get ready when it was empty after father in law mentioned it to staff but with less than an hour left to do so did not have the time.

  An excellent stay. Very pleased we chose this hotel.

  It was just what we needed after a busy day. Fantastic room (we were upgraded), great food in the restaurant, great bar and really good sleep. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was good. Enjoyed everything from the moment we arrived.

  The full english breakfast didn’t appear to be freshly cooked. Everything else on the breakfast menu was great, as was the server.
