    Location good On site parking

    Very noisy Lots of stairs Breakfast ok but had to keep asking for things as not topped up regularly

    All the staff were excellent, helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet, thank goodness!

    The shock on entering the hotel. Nowhere on the description did it mention that the hotel is a venue for local nightlife. Which would've meant I'd not booked a room. We're in our 70s and used to a quieter stay! Breakfast was also disappointing. The continental part, which I prefer, arrived as we were leaving, having eaten a fried breakfast as there was little option! I have a suggestion for the bathroom. A couple of handles for getting in and out of the bath to use the shower would be safer!
