Berliner Mietpreise
Die Betten sind bequem. Da wir in der Goethestraße in Charlottenburg zu tun hatten, erschien es uns in Bezug auf die Entfernungen eine gute, wenn auch sehr teure Lösung. Wenn einem wie uns guter Schlaf sehr wichtig ist, so ist diese Unterkunft empfehlenswert.
Das eine Bad war sehr eng, ebenso der Flur, das andere Bad über eine Treppe erreichbar, die vor allem, wenn man noch verschlafen ist, größere Aufmerksamkeit erfordert. Der Besitzer hat sich allerdings Mühe gegeben, das auszugleichen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Das wird zwar mit einer guten Beleuchtung ausgeglichen, die man aber auch am Tag braucht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Es ist halt eine Erdgeschosswohnung in einem von Berlins beliebtesten Wohnvierteln.

Tolle Lage u alles da-auch kaffeetabs.
Geniale Lage u gut gelegen auch für Restaurants. EG gut für schwere Koffer 😄
