    Very unhappy.

    Location

    Front desk agent was aggressive and arrogant, felt condescending. In a hurry while booking, I accidentally picked king bed but did not change setting to reflect 2 adults. He was demanding more than 70$ for the second adult (my husband). The room price that day was about 25% cheaper than when I booked! The cost of food for the second adult for buffet was 32$. After haggling for a looong time, they agreed to just charge for food. Very poor customer service. Will never ever stay here or recommend. The front desk guy was young and arrogant with zero people skills!
