  Radiator out of order not heating. Door knob broke

  I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Governance Apartments. The radiators were not working, leaving the rooms extremely cold throughout the night. My entire family had to endure these uncomfortable conditions for the whole night, which was completely unacceptable. Despite waiting all night, no one came to repair the heating, and no alternative room was offered to us. Furthermore, the door knob was broken, adding to the inconvenience and discomfort during our stay. What made the situation even worse was the lack of follow-up or communication regarding the heating issue. We were left in these conditions without any proper assistance or resolution. This was a very disappointing experience and fell far below the standard of accommodation I expected. I do not consider it acceptable to pay for a stay where basic facilities, such as heating, are not functioning, especially when travelling with family. Given the poor conditions and the lack of support provided, I believe a refund is justified. I would appreciate your prompt response and a fair resolution to this complaint. I would not recommend Governance Apartments based on this experience, and I hope you will take this matter seriously to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problems. I look forward to hearing from you regarding my refund request.

  Fancy apartment in Windemere

  The location, the decor of the apartment, beds extremley comfortable, free parking space with each apartment. Modern appliances.

  The heating could not be switched on/off, you had to text the owner to switch off. This is not ideal and frustrating as it took time to heat. There should be a panel that you can access independtley. Only one mirror in the bathroom, 2nd bedroom small. Drawers provided but no wardrobe in 2nd bedroom. The shower is a good pressure and a luxury bathroom suite, but the floor gets soaked and becomes so slippy, a squeezee would be helpful so you can clean the wet up off the floor. Be careful when closing the bathroom door, one of our party trapped their finger, limited space with door into corridor.

  Beautiful apartment in a great location

  The heating was controlled via a preset a thermostat and had to message them to initiallly get the heating on (there was a fuse switch I needed to turn on) and then turn up the heating as set to 19 degrees. That said they replied and acted within seconds, which was great. Door handles a little too close to the door frame but was careful after banging my hands on day one. Apartment was superb and will definitely back. Would recommend wholeheartedly
