    Loved it!

    I enjoyed the large bedroom with the comfortable four-poster bed. The continental breakfast was excellent, delivered to the table at the requested time. Nice shower, and a quirky old toilet with a high level cistern and wooden seat. A lovely outdoor seating area - great for breakfast if it’s a warm morning.

    Only streamed TV and the TV was difficult to view from the settees as they’re at right angles to it. It wasn’t clear to me from the description that it is on three floors with narrow, steep, stairs. No problem for me but worth knowing in advance if you might struggle.

    Super location, super hosts, super property!

    Joanna and Rufus as hosts have perfected The Tanyard as a perfect place to stay. The location is very central in the historic village. The rooms are beautifully furnished with thoughtful details to ensure maximum comfort during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and delivered promptly at the requested time. The bed was very comfy and the place was spotless. Joanna and Rufus were very helpful and available to answer any queries if needed. I won’t hesitate to book the property again.
