Comfortable 2 night break
Excellent location in the same road as my family. Excellent standard of accommodation.
No instructions on how to shut velux blind that I could find. Little storage for clothes. Could have done with chest of drawers where trestle table is. People were parking all over the place so I had no choice but to block someone in at one time and leave a note. more guidance how to park would be recommended.

The property was very good. It's pretty new.
We couldn't sleep all night due to the noise made by the guests who stayed next to our accommodation. It was a very warm night so either we had to keep the windows opened (there's no clim nor fan) or close the windows and be too hot. We talked to the owner who lives onsite the following morning. He apologised but no offer of even a partial refund. Disappointing. We won't stay there again.

Beautiful accommodation
Lovely accommodation - excellent quality and a brilliant shower!
We were just missing sugar/sweetener otherwise everything was catered for, including lovely champagne flutes!

The room and facilities are great. There was a good kitchen with everything you needed, a great bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The owners provided a map of the local rye town and some snacks which was a lovely touch. It's a good location in-between some great places to visit. The instructions to get there were great.
The room does need a fan especially for these hot temperatures! The WiFi isn't the best and would benefit from being looked at.
