    Clean, comfortable and restful overnight stay.

    Comfort and cleanliness of the room. How quiet it was and conducive to a restful night's sleep and finally how tasty my full English breakfast was. Lovely chef too sorry forgot to leave you your Christmas card. Thanks 😊

    Probably fair value at £80.00 B&B for the 2 of us!

    A purpose built event venue, deep in the Northamptonshire countryside.

    The bed was not particularly comfortable and we could hear every detail of the amorous couple’s activities next door through the thin walls. The cooked breakfast was adequate.
