    Perfect location for our visit to the area: short drive into Bridlington, same in the opposite direction to Flamborough and Bempton.

    Comfortable clean accommodation in a good location.

    Comfortable and clean accommodation in a good location. Ideal for walks, beach and local restaurants and pubs.

    Walls are thin and can hear upstairs guests. Noise curfew at 10pm wasn’t honoured and could hear music till late.

    Lovely property in beautiful location.

    Excellent location, easy EV charging. Lovely grounds to the property. Great property.

    Unfortunately on the Friday night, the people staying in the adjoining property above decided it would be OK to have a Disco! There was very loud music coming from upstairs. We contacted the onsite staff by phone and someone was sent to help. The music was turned down a fair bit but still quite audible. Eventually it did stop completely thankfully. Up until that incident, it was very peaceful there, and was the nights following. Just unfortunate these people decided to have a rave upstairs from us. We don’t blame the property, but it was very annoying at the time. I felt sad for the property as they don’t know what guests will get up to. At least they were able to get them to compromise on the level of sound.

    Excellent stay and made some great memories

    Lovely location, clean and quiet

    Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay I felt that both sofas in front room were extremely uncomfortable and too low to the floor. To watch Tv if sitting on them you either had to twist your body in either direction causing discomfort after a while.
