Poor Housekeeping and cleanliness factors were a kill joy for this otherwise well located property.
None offered. No coffee tea water or any beverages offered in the unit
Cleanliness is disappointing. Housekeeping is not thorough. Bed covers and decorative pillows are visibly really dirty. The white living room sectional has visible stains and discolored.

Poor value for money.
Great location, very helpful and friendly security staff - both night and day guards.
- Ant infestation; there are everywhere in the living room & kitchen. - No bottled water or washing up liquid on arrival. - The max temperature setting on the shower was barely hot enough. Shower pressure was also low. - WiFi details not immediately available. - Regular sounding of car horn at unsociable hours, by other guests.

Calm, independent place to stay.
It is a relatively quiet location and its central. The property is maintained well and the living room is spacious and has a good working area (desk)
The apartments could be more generously equipped with kitchen things including salt and pepper and such basics. The breakfast situation needs to be clearly explained before arrival so that breakfast can be arranged.
