    Had a nice time with staff during an evening cocktail...

    There was a lot of apparent chaos during breakfast in the mornings...you were definitely understaffed for this event. Getting coffee, or a clean plate or a cleared off table was challenging at times.

    Old and dated but comfortable and clean with few modern amenities.

    Location away from the deplorable homeless and open drug use that is downtown Nanaimo. Close to Cactus Club, brew pubs and some good restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the rooms was very clean. Air conditioning worked but did not have a temperature thermostat. The room was quiet.

    It's getting very old, dated and worn inside. I had to take a couple meetings and do some work from the room but the desk was tiny and the chair was very uncomfortable. There was only one available plug and no USB ports.

    Everything it was clean gorgeous interior 😍 service was great went above and away
