We loved the property overall. It exceeding our expectation. We would definitely stay again, beautiful home, loads of space, amazing size kitchen (everything you need in it), great views, lovely to have a spa for the kids after a busy day playing in the McCartney Football Tournament.
It would have been great to know about the earthworks next door, that started early on the Friday and Saturday. It was not too bad for us as we had to be up earlyish, but we were still in bed when they started. It was later on the Monday morning which was great as we didn't need to be up early. This is obviously a short term problem for your property. The fan in the upstairs ensuite may need attending, it made a funny sound.

This was a lovely house for a group of 4 couples. We had a room each - not quite even rooms unfortunately but we could see that from the pictures. The couple in the small room with the "Murphy" bed said it was comfortable (it is a double not a queen). The spa pool was great. The kitchen area was really good. Easy to have lots of us preparing food then a good big table for us all to sit at and a lounge at the other end. The chairs/couch in the lounge were good and comfortable. Good location just a few minutes walk into town.
Could have done with a few more plates but otherwise no complaints.

Lovely stay
The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely views over the lake.
Only issue we had was with the oven, I think the fan may not be working properly.
