    Overall good stay with friendly owners spoilt by the bathroom issues.

    Breakfast excellent, cooked to order Location Good for my Business appointment in Castleford. Short walk to recommended Restaurant.

    Unfortunately there was a couple of issues in the bathroom with the Toilet flush and Shower drain. The owner stated the plumber had been but this had not resolved the issue with the the toilet flush.

    Great place a couple of miles off motorway

    Homely and welcoming. Electric gates to get in with bell. Useful to tell when you expect to arrive so that they can be ready. Bedroom was spacious looking onto the garden. Nice bed linen. Fresh milk in miniature fridge, kettle tea etc. 2 bottles of water. Well appointed bathroom, towels, shower stuff. Breakfast ordered the night before and cooked to order. Home made jam or marmalade.
