    Poor customer service. Clean facilities

    The facilities were good and clean.

    Staff. Customer service and cleaning staff should cater to the needs of the customers, unless unreasonable no? There this concierge staff by the name of Hong. He sounded rude and condescending when telling me about the deposit of 400 RM, and when I did not bring my keys and asked for help. Aside. Clearer policy on the deposit will help.
