    L’emplacement et le fait d’être indépendant Literie agréable

    Disponibilité de l’appartement à 16h au lieu de 15h annoncés Et pas de rattrapage au retour: on a du rendre les clefs à 11h Appartement bruyant : l’appartement donne sur la terrasse d’un restaurant (ce n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce). Douche impossible à régler Sèche-cheveux cassé Caution de 50 euros à verser non récupérée (et pas annoncée au départ)

    Will book it again in the future!

    The location, decoration, facility, availability of the staff.

    Lack of power sockets close to the bed, no bulbs on the lamps. The lock needs to be changed.

    A pleasant stay in a convenient location, despite some issues

    Great location: 7 min walk from Central Park. The small kitchen was very useful. These were the main reasons I chose this property while traveling with young children. The air conditioning worked very well during heat wave. The green decor looked lovely in this older apartment.

    The corner closet was unusable, so we kept our clothes in suitcases, which was uncomfortable for a long stay. The apartment was dusty and not very clean. We found a large cockroach at check-in and another before leaving. The cleaner returned after we complained, but the cockroach issue was not addressed. Early check-in and late check-out were unavailable because the property was fully booked.
