Excellent stay
Jane was the most welcoming host: each small detail made us feel so welcome and we could not have chosen a better place to stay in Belfast - very comfortable room, excellent location, and very well decorated and stocked - it has all the amenities you could think of and even some you would not have thought of. The warm blueberries and white chocolate scones for breakfast were absolutely delicious!

Delightful Stay with the Perfect Host
What a wonderful find! Jane is the perfect host! So thoughtful and generous. She has thought of everything you might need. Her homemade breakfast scones, date and walnut loaf, hot chocolate and little treats were delicious. We sat outside overlooking her lovely garden to enjoy our baguette, cheese and wine one evening. The location is excellent, with a bus stop a few minutes away. She even called us a cab and helped me to get some washing dry. Also loved the William and Morris tea pot and tray. This is a host that knows how to treat guests and make them feel special. We highly recommend staying here.
Just take note that the bed is a double, not an extra large double. Jane is in the process of upsizing to a larger bed, so it will be perfect!

Perfect Stay in Belfast
Wir haben eine bis in jedes Detail liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft vorgefunden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Unsere Gastgeberin Jane war sehr herzlich und hat zum Frühstück ihre selbstgebackenen köstlichen Scones angeboten.

It's a great little apartment situated slightly away from the centre but has bus and train connections close by. It looks out onto the garden and Jane was the perfect host.

Perfect accommodation, location and host.
What a lovely, charming and cosy accommodation. Well located in a quiet area near bus and train stations. Fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Jane was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble and supplying fresh scones and banana bread each morning was a brilliant touch. Highly recommend staying here when in Belfast.
