    My stay was good but I had the same entry problems before so have little confidence in bookings.com

    The position opposite the Oyster festival was perfect. The help from the owner gaining access averted what could have been a serious problem and the price was very good. Most of the facilities were fine.

    Bookings.com had told Geoff they hadn't received payment but i already had a confirmation email and number and had checked my account. Fortunately he took my word for it and sent me the door codes. This delayed me for an hour and caused me some distress. The carpet needs replacing and the cleaners left the bin full. I received numerous unwanted emails including one detailing entry and facilities dated the 11th which was the last day of my stay.

    Good space place ( if parking free or cheap) 3 days

    You have to work out the connection for the pin for getting in But contact by telephone was easy & helpfull

    Location was superb for walking to the town and harbour

    Modern and Clean spacious rooms and great en suite facilities,
