The view and the apartment is spacious

The hotel had a cockroach infestation and the host did not want to fix or refund the amount. We had to leave in the middle of the night and could not get a refund. Honestly surprised with the response from the host "close the door of the bedroom and let the cockroaches roam free outside". The host refuses to refund even though I have pictures and videos.
