    Nice place but.....

    Nice small comfortable room

    Large black crack at the front of the toilet seat. Sits on a busy junction at traffic lights so very noisy.

    It’s not just the clean, modern rooms, great location and easy parking that keep me coming back to The Halfway House, it’s the personal touches that really make this place stand out. I’d probably class myself as a regular now, but what I love most is that the staff genuinely remember me. They know my name, remember which room I prefer and even know what time I like to book breakfast. Those little details might seem small, but they make such a huge difference and really make me feel like a valued customer rather than just another guest. The whole experience is consistently welcoming, comfortable and hassle-free, which is why I find myself booking here time and time again. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels so genuinely personal, and that’s exactly what makes The Halfway House feel like a home away from home. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it a fantastic hotel with brilliant staff who go the extra mile.
