Magnifique villa, spacieuse et très bien située.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille au The Hampton Lodge. La villa est tout simplement magnifique : très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et située dans un environnement tropical superbe, calme et dépaysant, tout en restant à seulement quelques minutes de Port Douglas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les grands espaces, la piscine et le cadre exceptionnel de la propriété. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente immédiatement bien. L'accueil a également été remarquable. À notre arrivée, une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendait au frais dans le réfrigérateur, une délicate attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés. La maison était parfaitement préparée pour notre arrivée et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dès les premières minutes. C'est le genre d'endroit que l'on quitte avec beaucoup de regrets ! Une très belle découverte et une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation aux familles souhaitant séjourner dans la région de Port Douglas. Nous serions vraiment ravis d'y revenir lors d'un prochain voyage en Australie.

Luxurious, spacious and peaceful lodge with beautiful pool and BBQ area.
Spacious and well-maintained house. Well equipped with lovely pool and BBQ area. All towels and bedding needs provided. Washing machine and dryer such a valuable addition. Quiet and remote location. Two lounge areas provided an escape for children and adults. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning throughout made for pleasant temperature control. Lovely in evening with local bird life. Wallabies gave us a visit on last night - very sweet! Felt luxurious and homey.
Honestly, hard to pick dislikes! Could have done with more kitchen staples at this price point (eg. oil, dish tablets) as well as more tea towels for a large group. Hot water took 3 or so minutes to come through (kitchen and main bedroom wing only). Not deal breakers for such a lovely house!

Wonderful
The space and quality 2nd to none. Everything tasteful.
Tiles in bathroom are wall tiles and slippery. 2nd TV aerial not working.
