    Everything! Feeling of being abroad in japan with a good mix of both cultures Room felt like a small cute flat Family loved it Special plus for the great breakfast

    It’s a great hotel as the location is convenient with great services from the staff.

    The WhatsApp way for communication with the hotel staff was great! It was super convenient when I needed assistance. There’s also the free washer and dryer for laundry and transportation to nearby stations are very much appreciated!

    I would have like more variety for the breakfast spread though.

    If you reserve the breakfast together with the room, you have a (small) buffet breakfast and can order 1 extra a la carte. The avocado toast was pretty good. You can walk to the gondola for entering the mountain area in 5-10min from the hotel. They also have in-house shuttle busses.

    I paid 250 CHF (300USD or 270EUR) per night during summer season, for what felt like a 3-star hotel. Too pricy for what it is. It also does not have any amenities like skin-care products in-room, which normally every 3-star hotel in Japan has. Mainly foreigners were at the hotel, even tough it was a Japanese National Holiday.
