    Our time together as a family in New Orleans was priceless. The condo was our home there!!

    Convenient to the French Quarter & shopping. Large enough for our family of 3 couples. Well stocked kitchen, nice size refrigerator, & stove. Air conditioning was working, & all fans. Was clean & comfortable. One night the fire alarm startrd @ 2am, after some time was turned off.

    The washer dryer combination was challenging. Was very confusing & did not operate efficiently. The drying time was very long. Would prefer seperate appliances.

    Brilliant stay. Would recommend!

    Great location, clean, great amenities and attentive staff

    The emergency (stairs doors and main door) close very loudly. Would be good to have a note on the door asking people to be kind and close it quietly.

    Missing items

    The facility itself was great.

    The washer and dryer combo wouldn't open for me to retrieve my items. I have to leave my clothing and ankle brace. Their customer service assured me the items would be mailed to me. I haven't received my items, nor can i get any response as to if they was shipped out. I would like some answers, or I be founding out my legal rights to retrieve my items. My brace along cost over 200.00 dollars.
