    Avoid if possible.

    Good location, night time reception team super friendly!

    Apartment is shoddy, tables scratched, fan switch broken, shower door clunky and feel like could come off hinges when closing, kitchen side damaged and scratched with water damage, iron cable worn with exposed wires, no air con as described, oven filled apartment with smoke before food could even defrost. Terrible communication about above issues. Avoid.

    Simple help could have made it pleasant.

    Great location - If the managing agent and front desk staff cared even a little, and tried to help, it would make a difference. I raised issues from the moment I checked in. Nothing had been done about any of them by the time I checked out yesterday.

    Loads of empty promises, really noisy downstairs pub, No one on hand to take care of issues in the room.

    Great place with poor care from caretakers

    Paid Cleaning fee and the room wasn't cleaned once while I was there. Complained on both mornings before leaving for work and still came back to an uncleaned room. Why charge a cleaning fee if you won't clean?? Completely disgusting
