The staff were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. I particularly appreciated the personalized shikara ride, which offered stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains—a highlight of my trip. The breakfast buffet was a delightful mix of local flavors, although I would have loved to see a few more options for dinner

I recently spent a few nights aboard the Heritage Safina Houseboat, and I must say it was a truly unique experience. Nestled on the tranquil waters of Dal Lake, the houseboat combines heritage charm with modern comforts. The interior decor beautifully reflects traditional Kashmiri craftsmanship, which made my stay feel both luxurious and authentic.
