    Nice location, aesthetically beautiful on the outside.

    Room didn’t have A/C and was 26.7°C/80°F. upon arrival, as curtains wide open, with sun beaming in. Were told when called to inquire how to turn on that only the most expensive rooms that had a private hot tub have A/C. 2 small rotating fans available in a closet. Temperature was 70° during vacation and beautiful, thankfully night time was cooler, so room wasn’t like an oven trying to sleep.

    Wonderful Stay!

    A great stay I feel the negative reviews are unwarranted. The front desk staff were lovely check in was a breeze loved that they offered bowls beds and toys for my dog what a great touch! My unit was very clean. The property I would consider rustic but that is in keeping with the natural environment. Loved that they had wood for the fireplace and warm pools were wonderful. There was a little noise transfer but if that bothers you pick an upstairs room. Wonderful stay and will be back!
