    Sauberes, familienfreundliches Hotel in guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal

    Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken ist bequem im Hof möglich, und die U-Bahn befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. Das Frühstück ist ein typisches kontinentales Frühstück, daher sollte man keine allzu große Auswahl erwarten. Für uns war es jedoch völlig ausreichend und in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

    Smooth stay!

    The room was quite clean and well-equipped. The receptionists were very nice and welcoming. We asked for an iron and some tea, and they delivered them very quickly. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location, as it is very close to the train station. This made it very easy for us to get to central London. We also rented a car and drove to the hotel. We were able to park there, and the parking was free.

    The room was not properly ventilated. I am not sure whether the air conditioner was working or not, despite our efforts to turn it off and back on. We also opened the window to let some fresh air in.
