    The moment we walked into the Hideout, we were delighted. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was great, especiall

    It was well located, compact, with Bi- folding doors leading onto a lovely balcony with fabulous views over the Estuary . Perfect at 7am With your morning cup of tea.

    Not particularly easy to access or exit property . Sofa cushions need re- padding . After being out all day , it’s nice to relax comfortably .

    Not bad location but big hill to it from Salcombe

    The view was nice in the morning Small but everything there

    Not very clean when we got there , windows dirty , cobwebs and not been cleaned very well outside table not been cleaned and parking was fun

    I loved my time in the Hideout a perfect summer break

    Fabulous location and view, lovely deck area and very easy to spend time in the Hideout, am coming back in September.

    Not quite as clean as I would expect but didn’t spoil the holiday. Also no windows for overnight.

    Beautifully presented place. Lovely views and location. Great deck.

    Not enough shelf space in bathroom and tiny sink. (Heads up no shampoo or body wash.) Uncomfortable sofa.

    On the whole I enjoyed my stay there and benefitted from the peace and quiet.

    The large terrace was the draw for me and it was perfect. The shower was also very good and easy to operate. I loved the view of the estuary and the sheltered privacy of the terrace. The agent responded pretty quickly to my one call and the owner arrived promptly to sort out my problem. I have booked to go back later in the year and know what I need to bring with me.

    There was no window that could be opened so had to leave the terrace door wedged open overnight. There was no rubbish bag in the kitchen bin so had to make do with the one I'd brought for my laundry as I had no intention of going out during my stay.
