    Lovely house and views , but check bathroom shower fixed , owner needs to be aware of timings to give key lock number .

    Lovely house view where amazing

    I didn't like that the downstairs bathroom shower didn't work and looking back at comments it hadn't been working for a while . This should be listed as one bathroom or we should have been advised . One ensuite bathroom for 7 people was a pain! We try to contact property manager as in welcome book and she didn't return calls or txt .

    Pretty much everything except shower down stairs wasn’t working so 5 people showering took quite awhile with only one shower

    Superb!

    The Hill Haven was flooded so our booking was transferred to a different property. I can't comment on it, however the alternate property was excellent. Dealing with the hosts was easy. We loved every minute of our stay in Queenstown.

    Location we handy. Good communal area. Warm.

    Overall the property is a bit tired. More towels would have been appreciated as was only one towl per person so we had to wash/dry. There was no lighter for the fire.

    Amazing location, view, walking distance to town! Large enough for big group!! Perfect for ski holiday as central, amazing view, lovely staff !
