  The view was beautiful and it’s in a good location but other than that it’s not worth the price.

  Didn’t have breakfast.

  Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and stressful due to several issues with the cleanliness, maintenance, and service. When we arrived, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned or maintained. The windows had visible smudges and had not been wiped down, the walls were in poor condition and clearly needed to be repainted, and there was hair on the floor from previous guests. There was also no towel service provided, and the bed squeaked constantly. The biggest issue was the toilet, which was not flushing properly. We contacted maintenance and were told that the issue had been marked as urgent, yet it took hours for someone to come and address it. Interestingly, once we mentioned that we wanted to change rooms, someone came almost immediately. Unfortunately, even after it was supposedly fixed, the toilet stopped flushing again. At that point, we were so overwhelmed and frustrated that we simply used the plunger ourselves every time we needed to use the bathroom rather than repeatedly calling maintenance. The experience at checkout was also disappointing. There was no one available to assist us, even though we needed to check out. When we approached a cleaner, instead of greeting us or offering any assistance, she simply stated, “We’re closed.” This left us confused because we were guests simply trying to complete the checkout process. Overall, the stay fell far below our expectations. Between the lack of proper upkeep and cleanliness of the room, the ongoing toilet issue, the slow response from maintenance, and the lack of assistance at checkout, the experience was unnecessarily stressful. Basic cleanliness, properly maintained rooms, functioning bathroom facilities, and adequate guest service should be standard, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

  Design, layout and decor of the apartment was impressive. The Hillls is centrally located...the balcony views of the bay was soooo relaxing... Customer service - The host was very accommodating and responded to our request in no time...

  The good,the bad and the ugly

  Convenient location,close to supermarket, restaurants. Didn't have to pay to do laundry🤣. The view is everything🥂!!!!! Enjoyed my stay,would never let a mop spoil it.

  Booked as a family but the rooms were in the same building but different block ☹️. No linen for sofa bed😡,some extra floor mats for the bathroom would've been great. I requested for a drying rack for clothes and they told me there was none. Some of the drink wear was dusty. The room had a mop bucket,but no mop(requested for a mop,but never received it). A broom but no dust pan🙄. If you're not fit and don't have a rental request a closer building🤣. Add kitchen towels,salt n pepper
