Deep within the Crystal River Valley, beneath red rock cliffs and majestic pines, lies the ruby of the rockies – The Redstone Inn. Constructed in 1902, the inn combines Tudor Revival style architecture with Arts and Crafts style decor and furnishings. The Redstone Inn sits on the banks of the Crystal River and at the head of Redstone Village. Both the inn and village are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Great stay…

We had a fantastic at stay the Redstone Inn! This was a welcome relief from a week long trip of camping and it was so refreshing to stay at a place that had a hot tub and fitness center. The restaurant was also amazing - extremely high quality food for a reasonable price. The cozy, historic atmosphere of the inn was extremely welcoming and it was amazing to stay at a place with such character. I would definitely stay here again if passing through the area!

Hot and dim room with one 2 prong electrical outle
Disappointing. Really looked forward to staying at this remote inn, but the room features were old and not comfortable. The worst part was kack of electric outlets and lighting. Bulbs were dim and corners dark. Plus it was hot and there is no a/c. There was a box fan, but no outlet to plug it in, except in the bathroom! The people were nice and the dining room had good food but I would not stay there again. It was too uncomfortable.

We stumbled upon this place accidentally (we took a wrong turn and had no cell service). We were impressed with the place and history! We definitely would stay here again if we are in the area.
